We deliver with DHL and the orders are shipped on weekdays Monday – Thursday.
Cancellation / Change your order
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. As we strive to send your order as soon as possible, it is unfortunately not always possible to adjust changes in the order after you have placed it.

Within Singapore: 2 – 4 working days
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email address. Your order confirmation also serves as a receipt. If you haven’t received an order confirmation, you have probably entered the wrong email address. Please contact our customer service at support@risstechnologies.com if you have any questions.
Returns
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving your order. The package includes a leaflet with instructions on how to proceed. We ask you to ensure that your product is in the same condition as received. If possible, use the same packaging in which you received your order.

Refund
Once we have received, registered and approved your return / complaint, we will make a refund to the account you used at the time of ordering. The money is then estimated to be in your account within 3 – 5 working days.
